I have a male pitbull 1 year old and hes been acting really lazy lately and weak showing signs of parvo and when he walks it looks like hes half as strong as normal or something and he can go up 13 stairs but sometimes he makes me carry him today i took him to see 2 of my friends male pitbulls and once he got in my car he started acting fine and when we got there he grabbed the other dogs tire swing and ripped it off and was keeping it from them and playing fine so im sure its not parvo but can any one help me im thinking he needs a buddy but normally hes fine and is always playing with me and never wanting to be away from me which is still the same but he doesnt want to play anymore as much please some one help me i cant lose my baby!
he doesnt have diarrhea and he got his shots when i got him at 10 months old hes no 12 months old and his shots ans vaccinations were done at a veterinary clinic where we also got him spayed

Parvo vaccines can cause anaphylactic shock in extreme cases!

My 8 week old Siberian Husky just had his first shots on Saturday (November 15,2008) I am going to go get him tested for Parvo today because he was throwing up, and has had diarrhea since the night I bought him(November 15). He just started not wanting to eat his food yesterday. Today, he had liquid diarrhea with a little bit of blood in it, but he will drink all the water in the world, and play non stop. He isn’t down or droopy. So I am thinking it is Coccidia. But, I read and heard from other people that since he just had his vaccination 6 days ago, it will show up positive for Parvo for 2 weeks after his vaccination,Does anyone know if this is true or not?

This is my baby! I have always wanted a Husky, and he is also my first dog! and this is the reason why I didnt want to get a puppy because I was afraid something like this would happen All answers are greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Apricot Lover: Trust me, I have done my research, I have been doing my research on Huskies for years now, I have always wanted one and they’re my favorite dogs.
Alias Boxer: I do not have a contract with the breeder, I have contacted him though and told him what is going on. We might be working out an agreement to refund my money and he will take care of the puppy.
It turns out my puppy has a bactrial infection.. and due to his stress from leaving his owners and the horrible diet he had the puppies on could have caused bleeding in the poo… He is on meds now!! Hopefully he will be ok Thank You everyone.
