C4 vaccination for puppies?

I know about the C3 and the C5 vaccination, but what about the C4, what does that protect your puppy against. Is it just, Parvo, Hepatitis and Distemper? This gets done at 10 - 12 weeks right?

My aunt’s dog developed arthritis and I understand from research that this can be caused by Parvo shots.
