Is there any side effects to the lyme disease vaccination and DHLP+parvo?

I took my puppy to the vet a few hours ago and she got her lyme booster and the dhlp parvo booster. after she got the shots we left and about 10 minutes later she started vomiting. she threw up twice and we brought her back to the vet and they said she would be fine but now she is shivering/shaking and doesnt want to move or go to the bathroom, and just wants to lay down and sleep. this is very abnormal for her she is normaly brimming with energy and now she doesnt want to do anything. do you think its a reaction?
shes a beagle, she is 5 months old

the vet didnt give us anything when we went back but they did check her over for hives.

My aunt’s dog developed arthritis and I understand from research that this can be caused by Parvo vaccines.
