Can a dog get Parvo after they have had the vaccination for it?

He is not showing any symptoms of it at all. Like I said before I may just be paranoid. He is a 7 month old West Highland White Terrier!
He was fully vaccinated for it.

You can use Parvaid, and other similar products, for Parvo prevention, if your dog has been exposed to the virus.
